Deepak Appaya has been in the insurance business since 1983. He began his career with MetLife and achieved the top 10% in sales in each of his first two years. In his third year, he became Branch Manager in Millburn, New Jersey, where he was responsible for the recruitment, growth and field training of new agents, as well as a range of administrative issues. Deepak grew the branch from 2 agents to 20 agents in a period of 8 years. The branch was profitable and garnered high marks for customer satisfaction.

Deepak additionally worked for New York Life, Guardian Life, and New England Life before starting his own agency in 2003.

Deepak is a graduate of The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio.
